In terms of your College name and phone number that is absolutely fine to put as you have suggested.
With regards to your main contact details whilst in the UK please enter the details of your College given that you do not have exact accommodation details.

Dear sir or madam,
I am an offer holder of the year 2016 and I have currently been working on the leading sections of my Tier 4 visa application, though still waiting for CAS. I have some minor problems while filling in the online form and I believe the International Student Team would have easy answers based on prior experience.
Firstly, I have found that my passport issuing authority which is “MPS Exit & Entry Administration” is too long to be filled in, and also the form does not allow the “&” mark. I wonder if an answer which is honest but not identical to the passport (such as “China”) can be accepted or I will have to add the missing words by hand after the hard copy of the application is printed.
Secondly, the system, as I have observed, does not allow special characters into certain fields, such as phone numbers, the number of the International Student Team, which is provided as +44(0)1223761806 will be simplified into 4401223761806, and the single quotation mark in my college’s name (Christ’s College) should be omitted (Christs College). I believe such answers are still comprehensible, but I would like to know if that belief is ground.
Thirdly, the “main address and contact details in UK” section does not appear identically as the application guidance issued by the International Student Team. A “Name of Person / Hotel” entry has been added, though it is not compulsory.
